Yes, all Wallhack hardware includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories to be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
