Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, accessories, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
